2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g. downloads, files, digital artwork, etc.), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital items once they have been delivered or accessed unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
If you experience technical issues, please contact us at bjurk@velvetroom.org within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
3. Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Photos of the damage or issue may be requested.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Services / Commissions
Refunds for services (e.g., commissions, consulting, design work) are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general:
