Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

Thank you for shopping at Bjurk.com. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, a global print-on-demand service. This policy explains how shipping works and what to expect once you place an order.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order. Printful typically fulfills items within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and volume.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

  • Once fulfilled, you’ll receive another email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order is fulfilled, delivery estimates are as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s), shipping method, and your location. We aim to keep rates transparent and affordable.

 

4. International Orders

We ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import feescharged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order is returned to Printful due to an address issue, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

All claims must be submitted to bjurk@velvetroom.org.

 

8. Returns

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
